All orders are processed within 1–3 business days​ (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected and your delivery location:
  • Standard Shipping:​ Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping:​ Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or local postal service delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free standard shipping promotions from time to time; eligibility will be clearly indicated during checkout.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. 5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. 6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped and tracking information shows delivery confirmation, allshopnow is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service for further assistance. We are happy to assist by providing supporting documentation if needed.
