After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Simply click the link or enter the tracking number into the carrier’s official tracking page to view real-time updates on your shipment status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system after you receive your confirmation email. In some cases, it may take a little longer for the status to update depending on the logistics provider.
If you have created an account with us, you can also log in anytime to view your order history and track your package directly from your account dashboard.
Occasionally, delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal service delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask for your patience if there is a short delay, and we appreciate your understanding.
